Hi everyone
I did 16/8 before Christmas and I found it worked well and fitted in with my routine.
I am going to start again tomorrow.
I am vegan...well 99%...I am not perfect. I use the calorie counting diary on this site
I have my calories on a fairly low-fat diet.
Recently, I have been reading Dr Mc Dougall s low cal vegan diet and whilst I agree cutting out oil is good , I don t agree for me at least with cutting out avocado nuts and seeds. You would lose weight faster but for me it is too extreme.
So thats me hoping to lose 2 stone this year and looking forward to making friends in this group
