Yikes! I can't believe I just typed Feb :s I thought I'd start the new thread even though some already weighed in on last thread.

Well, it's ever so slow, but I won't complain.

Lois, great reduction! And I can tell you're getting back into your groove. Meal prep, and trainer, and moving! We know how to do it . . it's just the doing that's the challenge.

Sarah, I'm sure you're so busy these days with the vaping, flu, and corona virus. Not sure what all you're working on, but it's got to be a big load. Especially with the government cuts under this Administration. Hope you're taking time for yourself too.

Thanks for the nice compliments on "the dress". Now I've just got to put a less fat waistline and chest into it, lol!

Hope you're having so much fun, Kelly ;)

I'm off to do a wedding day with my daughter soon. Flower girl dresses, brides hair accessories (she's not doing a veil), maybe new outfits for the upcoming shower and bachelorette party. Wish us luck.

Well what a surprise! I have only a moment, but wanted to quickly weigh in. I had major IT issues again today. I don't think this system can support one staff person having as many inboxes as I do. I am sooo frustrated. But just when I'm ready to call it quits, hubby goes out for a haircut and puts a major boo-boo on the car. A $1500 boo-boo because we don't want to turn it in to the insurance. It was less than a year ago when someone hit that same car in the Home Depot parking lot and just drove off and we turned that in. Don't want to be tagged as folks who have bad car karma! Thankfully, there's no other vehicle involved, so we can just--gulp--have it fixed ourselves. But when I think about these things coming up if I was not working . . . Guess I'll put up with the IT issues a little while longer. :#

So I'm glad to have had one good thing happen today. And I'm glad to see everyone making a little progress and feeling a little more energized. I did get to walk with Toni last night and she walked so fast! It was great.

Way to go Ladies!!!!! And Sarah 1.4 in a week!!! AWESOME!!!!

Had to do a training session in our east valley sales office this morning so I stayed at Rhea's last night - so much fun...just didn't sleep as well. Could have been I was just overtired from the late night with my brother the night before. Training review complete and back at my desk for normal stuff to occur and process. Just wanted to jump on and say hello!!!

Sheesh with your commitment level you will OWN that dress and be the most gorgeous mother of the bride!!!! Stay focused.

Wow . . congratulations on your great reduction Sarah! Fixing cars . . . ugh. My least favorite thing to spend money on. Sorry about your continuing issues with IT, but it seems like there's so little you can do personally about it. . . that's frustrating. Glad you got your walk and weight loss . . doing great at controlling the things you can. All we can do, right?

You lucky grandma, Lois! I know you'll cuddle up Rhea as much as possible . . they grow so fast. Hope you get some good sleep tonight.

I hope I can get a little more weight off before the wedding, but I've noticed that I get really, really hungry when I get below 130. My body does not want to go into the 120's, and I'm always fighting with it, lol. . "Isn't the extra stored energy on my waist, boobs, tummy and back enough for you, body? Trust me, I won't starve!" :D

Had my trainer today . . according to my Apple watch I burned 257 calories for about 50 minutes not including the warm up. Weight training burns calories, for sure. Unfortunately, we need cardio too, so I'm off to the treadmill since it's so cold and gray here today. Hubby's on a golf trip to southern Utah until Saturday. I spent the day with daughter yesterday, so I got a lot of steps while shopping, but we ate out too. So, I'm hitting it hard while hubby is gone.

    Have a great day!
