Radiation was supposed to start Monday, and was supposed to be a cake walk. Monday after 45 minutes of me randomly sucking in huge breaths and holding them, they gave up and blamed the computer. No radiation, which put the schedule off for spring break. Tuesday they tried again. I ended up lying on the table for 90 minutes with my arms up, hands on top of my head, arms numb, shoulder throbbing. I got a break at 60 minutes to put my arms down and cry and have a mini- meltdown. They finally managed to do the treatment. Today I went back, super nervous and fearing the worst. It wasn't so bad today, only about 30 minutes. However, my shoulders and necks started screaming after about 2 minutes, in fear that I was going to put them through the same agony as yesterday. I'm really hoping I get the cake tomorrow....and that it's chocolate!7 -

This is a combination of significant stress eating Monday, a little less stress eating yesterday, plus outright stress. The only good news is that since last week was a terrible weigh in, this weeks only looks a little bit bad.

Yesterday i went and worked out after work like I always do Wednesdays, i decided to do an exta round of sets instead of my usual 15 minutes on the treadmill after lifting, it was a good workout qnd i love how muscles swell after lifting. So I sent this to my husband as a joke of sorts. He pists it to facebook saying "If I cant kick your *kitten*, my wife can" lol, hes a dork.

Don’t really like meat, do the middle 2 are out. And I love lobster - but the butter puts it off limits. Salmon is perfect. Lite, healthy and delicious.0 -

Oh man, I better get steps in today to burn some calories. Some 5th grade girls took it upon themselves to do a bake sale fundraiser to save the turtles, Its so sweet so I decided to buy something. I bought 2 baggies of 7 layer bars, one for me and one for my husband, well they were AMAZING, its taking 100% of my will power to not eat my husbands also, lol.4

Lobster is tasty but I'd probably order the salmon. Of course my valentine date night will probably be take-and-bake pizza so I'm jealous!0
