    This is a combination of significant stress eating Monday, a little less stress eating yesterday, plus outright stress. The only good news is that since last week was a terrible weigh in, this weeks only looks a little bit bad.

    It's still only half a pound...don't even sweat it...just stay the course and this too will come off! You're doing an amazing job!!
