Happy Friday! I had a mandatory "telework day" which in English means sleep-in day. I am soooo rested. We have some holes in the spreadsheet back to last Sunday, it's time to fess up! I'm hoping some day to get my mojo back, since spring and Lent are almost here perhaps I'll get with it. We are going to 60+ temps next week, I'm ready for summer, I think our Aussie members are probably ready for the reverse--tough times down under this season.

Walked a mile at just under 11 minutes (10:56)
Ran 2.6 miles at an average pace of 10:08 -- This was outside, not totally flat. This is definitely the fastest for that distance in a really long time (if not ever). My fast mile was at a 9:56!

After losing complete control yesterday, did much better, albeit not perfect today...played piano a lot, made my lessons more active and did a brisk 15 min walk...pretty good day! Tomorrow I'll have a light day. Night all...3
