    Right. I was so annoyed yesterday because it looks like I gained a few pounds in my belly, but then I realized it doesnt feel like a fatty belly but a water belly, haha. I did a body composition analysis today, and I have a pound more water on me than I did last month. now if it would go away, that'd be great.

    Lent has started unless you are Eastern Orthodox (March 2nd). For those who observe it you might have given up chocolate or something else "important" to you. Alas, I'm pretty weak on this--I should give up sugar but that's a pipedream. Another strategy you can take is do something you don't ordinarily do--give to a charity, visit an old person, some other good deed. I like that approach here in MFP too, adding is easier that subtracting. Walk an extra mile, add another workout to your week, take the stairs, park a row back, drink an extra glass of water, etc. March is nearly upon us, what's something you might add to your March routine to enhance your weight loss?

    I am back to cutting out most sugar, yesterdays potluck as work was my last hora. also hoping it warms up and I can start getting up early to workout more
