Hello! If you have access to this, I discovered you can turn it into pretty decent crackers/chips for dips, nachos, etc. I cut up the flat bread with a pizza cutter, dipped each piece into olive oil to get a good coating on it, and sprinkled it with various seasonings. I tried some with garlic salt and everything bagel seasoning, both were very good. I put the pieces on a silicone baking sheet so none were touching and popped them into a preheated 400 degree oven. Start to keep an eye on them after 4 minutes. They really crisp up and taste good!

Does anyone else have any fun hacks they have discovered along the way?

Any idea of the carb or calorie count?

I make the lavash flatbread into crisps as well. great for dips. One serving is 5 net carbs and 50 calories.

I just toss them in the oven with a light misting of oil and then break them apart once when ready to eat!

If I need a sweet treat, I have occasionally sprinkled them with splenda.

Oooh, I never thought of doing them sweet. Maybe a cinnamon & sweetener combination. I may have to try.
