Just a little friendly motivation, here!
Too often, we say things such as "I'm going to start eating healthy" "I'm going to lose weight" "I'm going to start working out" etc. Without actually following through with them.
The honest truth is that you won't get anywhere without hard work, determination, and willpower.
We often think "I'm not good at working out." or "I don't have time."
That often REALLY means "I don't care enough to work out."
If you REALLY want to work out, You WILL make time.
You have to love yourself enough to do it for yourself. No one can do it for you and no one is going to.
"The only bad work out is the one that didn't happen."
" It doesn't matter how slow you go. You're still lapping everyone on the couch."
"It doesn't matter how bad you are at it. Everyone has to start somewhere"
"It never gets easier...you just get better."
GET OUT THERE and start kicking butt! It's never too late and it is ALWAYS worth it. you are worth it and you are strong. Stop putting it off, the time is now, life is in motion, how are you using your time?

Quit talking about me. LOL Yep I'm guilty I have said all this. Now I have a great support team. My co-worker got me started working out and now I'm hooked. I'm walking, doing weights. My guy has two hunting dogs, so we go for long walks on the weekends when I can't make it to the gym. My clothes are getting loose. I feel so good right now. My goal is 50 pounds.
