Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

And just maybe parents will appreciate teachers more... especially parents of those that make it extremely challenging to teach the rest of the class while maintaining engaged interest, safety and peace.
As a teacher, I do miss those sweet students that make it a joy to teach every day.6 -
Right on! my parents were teachers wayyyyyyy back, and my BFF is in her final year of a teaching career. The stories I have heard through the years ......4

@w8goal4life Beautiful photos -- thanks for posting them.
@RangerRickL Thanks for the inspiring post. Yes, let us not take the simplest communal things for granted again,
3x today. Only did the minimum exercise, a long dog walk for my elderly neighbor. Too tired from helping to disinfect my workplace yesterday to do much more today.
Have a peaceful weekend, everybody.5 -

Well, oops.... Forgot about air fried chicken ...that I ate a bit too much of... I am out of the winner's circle - and that's okay! Still cheering you guys on. I will work to hit my goal for the rest of the month.

Another Good day over here.
Yes x 3
All calories and activity accounted for.
3 passes left.
'Tracked everything including a *half* portion of battered fish!
I haven't had that for a long time but I was able to stop at half a piece. (260 calories per piece!)
Back in my college days, I couldn't stop eating it. There were 2-3 pieces per serving plush fries and hush puppies and cole slaw! 🐽
Time has changed!
Have a successful day tomorrow all!3 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 32 minutes of strength + 1 mile treadmill walk this morning, and then the hubby and I got outside and did a 2 mile walk in the sunshine in the afternoon. Need to get outside or we're going to go crazy!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!3 -

My accountability - although I haven't logged on here in days with the upheaval in all of our lives, I applaud those of you that have been able to keep it up. I'm back on the band wagon again tomorrow. The new normal is settling in and I've got to take care of me. So, I'll see you tomorrow with all of my "yes's."4

I definitely took too much for granted.4 -
Just double-checked, and seems I have not yet reported for either the 19th or the 20th, so less-than-the-usual details this time. I have already been cruising MFP long enough for one day, including some coping-support posts on UAC March 21 thread already.
March 19th 3 x Yes
March 20th 3 x Yes
First full week of work-from-home over, and so far it seems to be suiting me very well. And my long-time exercise of choice option has ALWAYS been home-based.
I know that DH's stress level DROPPED somewhat when work-from-home levels officially called not just for me but across the city / province / country, because I am now "safe at home where he can keep an eye on me". We are border-line almost-seniors and I have two long-standing chronic respiratory weak-points that get daily (low level) management prescriptions.
Our son and DH's brothers are all also "safe and in the working from home sector" if not already retired.
I am in Eastern Ontario, Canada.
