    @BMcC9 Hello from a no-longer-border line senior with respiratory prescriptions. BTW: I'm in Chicago, but my wife and I have many Canadian friends with whom we spend winter desert time in Phoenix.AZ. With the borders closing there is a mass exodus from Phoenix toward home in Canada. On the other hand, I intend to isolate myself in AZ. I'm going to drive there next week. My wife stays there the entire winter. Looks like I'll finally be a full time snowbird.

    And just maybe parents will appreciate teachers more... especially parents of those that make it extremely challenging to teach the rest of the class while maintaining engaged interest, safety and peace.

    As a teacher, I do miss those sweet students that make it a joy to teach every day.

    @epangili As a fellow teacher I wholeheartedly agree. I miss my students but also wonder how it's going for the parents of some of the most difficult students and if that will change their perspective on anything.
