    COVID -19 absolute nuts in upstate NY you would think Armageddon was coming don’t know about the rest of you folks but really the flu is out pacing it and no one seems to concerned about that. I could write a book about the things I have seen in local stores ...... let’s get real folks. Stay home if your sick wash your hands and take care of yourself!!

    On a lighter note did my spin logged and tracked picked up my new full face motorcycle helmet at lunch today maybe I will wear out in case someone sneezes on me 😂😂😂😂😂😂

    Well after about 5 weeks of sketchy dietary habits I finally got on the scale today and actually set a new low ... down another 1.2#. That officially puts me in the normal BMI range and just 0.4# from leaving the “overweight” classification.
