I worked 12 hours yesterday.
Thanks for your deep and meaningful sharing.
Let's take a quick breather from the deep stuff and just enjoy a funny animal gif.
Hope you had a mighty fine day!

Exercised: Yes (5km walk in 38 mins - hills)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Walk after dinner (home after dark).
Saw doctor today and got results of blood tests. hbA1c 5.2 (good), liver good, kidneys good, thyroid good, only glitch was iron high (protein rich diet, need to give blood). Starting a new anti-depressant. Hopefully this one works (the last one knocked me flat so had to stop).
@RangerRickL. Love the superdog.
May be HB instead of looney tunes, but enjoy.

Yβall, I slayed it today! Closed all the rings on my watch before I even left work! πͺ
Three walks at work, totaling 137 minutes, then felt like playing, so Beat Saber VR for 44 minutes to burn some calories just for fun. So 20 minutes exercise? β
Under calories? β Hit all the macros, too AND had a Heath bar! Our display cooking station in the hospital cafeteria did pan a seared tuna filet with date couscous, curry-ginger roasted veggies, with a cucumber/pineapple salsa and pickled carrots. ππ€€
Logged everything? β β β

Some bonehead thought it would be cool to start a rumor that our ER had a COVID19 patient today. That mess traveled like a California wildfire, and when it got to my group? π€¦πΌββοΈ One of my team is a bonafide germaphobe. I thought she was either going to pass right out or quit. (How you can be a germaphobe and be comfortable moving patients is beyond me, and all I could do, once I contacted my boss to confirm that this was false, was sit and wonder what she is going to do when it isnβt a rumor. π€·ββοΈ
@patriciawmartin5 and I live a few counties over from Wake County, where 6/7 of the positive COVID19 patients in North Carolina are located. Itβs not so much of an βif,β as a βwhenβ kind of situation. π€¦πΌββοΈ
I hope everyone is heathy and doing good hand hygiene, yanno, just in case. π7 -

Nasal part of cold seems more or less over, (started Sunday) - but when I have major back-drip like that it irritates a chronic VERY-Low-level but pre-existing lung condition - so the hacking isn't 100% over with yet.

Exercise? Totes! 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Within my calorie plan? Absolutely!
Tracked everything? For sure!
I've mentioned before how much I dig the DownDog yoga app. They are currently offering an extended trial period. So anyone who needs/wants to stay away from yoga studios right now might want to give it a try.6 -
yes x's 3; did some yard work, some dog walking work - going to try to hit the treadmill a bit too; My neighbor was in good shape before - but she signed up for optavia(medifast with different products and a coach) and dropped 30 lbs in like 3 months. I know that it isn't the best way to do it...but man...when I get that tax return...it will be tempting... I wouldn't like spending the money...but to get a jumpstart on my weight loss...would be wonderful. Have any of you ever done a program like that with success - and kept it off?4

Okay - you cracked me up "faster than a zombie shuffle stroll"!
Juliemouse - oh heavens to Betsy... cannot imagine the speed at which that traveled; there was this one cashier at home depot yesterday and she was obviously in full blown paranoia...and maybe she has health issues...but she had on gloves - she was wearing a mask and had a scarf around that...and she wouldn't walk near you if you had a question at the self checkout... Just wash your hands like you have been chopping peppers...scrub under those fingernails... and then pretend you have to take your contact lenses out. I am so done with the paranoia... people need to just relax. I will not go on...5 -
