Spent about 75 minutes at the gym so got that done. My hip is still killing me so I don't feel like I'm doing as much as normal but I keep going. At my age I have to try!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I did about 40 minutes of Strong Curves. At the end I pulled my right hamstring and had to limp out of the gym Note to self: warm up and stretch more.

I travel from Phoenix back to Chicago today.
Exercise: got up at 5 a.m and did 61 minutes of active stretching. This activity is really helping my lumbar spine flexibility and has provided tremendous relief of pain from vertebrae 'thinning' which impinges the nerves

- under calories (includes exercise calories) most likely (given that even after subtracting my intentional 5500+ game-steps / 159cal burn I was still at 12600+ total steps for the day;
- logged everything -NOT QUITE .... on the fourth try since Saturday, we FINALLY got the bread maker machine to make an edible loaf .... recipe not yet in MFP ...

Only 2 days into the month and already a pass day.
Well, better than last month.Journaling my diet and exercise.
Somehow that keeps me motivated or at least a little bit grounded.
Active recovery day. Worked in the yard pulled some weeds pulled my irrigation system out of winterization.
My downfall - made french bread. Been trying to remember how I used to do it. Been messing it up and eating the mistake. That adds up quick. Also not AF today. So much for AF month.5 -
