I did check all three boxes yesterday...though my exercise was boring...yard work! However, I find that as much as I do - there is always more waiting for me...like the gift that keeps on giving! LOL Anywho - I try to click like and such on all of the posts - but can't do today for yday... - For all who are sick...sending you get well wishes.4

Don't despair! This is ALLLLLL about self-awareness - particularly the first month. So long as you are reporting, you are becoming aware of your current patterns. You can't change what you don't even know you are doing.
Even if you use significantly more passes than 3 this month - make your April Goal "use a few less"
