Hi all

Completed c25k last year at grand age of 53 but stopped running last October lost all motivation.

Anyway I've booked in for 5k race with daughter this june so need get back into it and also need lose 2st that's crept back on.

    I completed the program late last summer but have let my running slide over the winter. I'm thinking about going back through the program again, possibly treating the intervals as light jogging vs running instead of walking vs jogging. I'm just waiting for it to be light out at 6am so I can get out and run before work again. Should be soon!
