OMAD firm believer

I am new to this group and a firm believer in OMAD... I currently fast a majority of the day and night and eat my meal around 3pm or 6pm. It seems to be working as I am down 14lbs in 3 weeks. Any tips, trick, motivation, support and new friends are encouraged. ☺️

Welcome! That's a stellar result so far so congratulations!

Here are some tips and tricks that have worked for me:

    - Daily checking in to this group for accountability and motivation. Helping support others also keeps me honest.
    - Changing mindset: this isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle. That means that there's no falling off the wagon, no bingeing, etc. You're either fasting, or not fasting; it's either your eating window or not your eating window.
    - OMAD has just one simple rule (the Rule of One) but it's adaptable. Make it work for you.

That's it! Looking forward to travelling this journey with you.

Welcome to the OMAD group. We are super supportive but we all also realize the "struggle is real" and we are all human and mess up. When you do, just get back on the OMAD plan and all is good.

For me, OMAD has been awesome one meal, and done. Period. I also spin for exercise which has really helped with toning. Another huge thing is lots and lots of water.....those are my success factors!

    Again, welcome! <3
