Some time tomorrow wherever you are, please make sure that the March spreadsheets are ready to go. I'll be removing any last-minute double NWIs from this month, and then clean everything up in the March lists tomorrow morning. If anyone who has been on support is coming back to the regular team, please let me know - thanks!1

This is all about sharing and documenting your healthy journey! Each week, we will post a theme by day and you get to post a photo related to that theme. You can post just a photo, or a photo with words, or just post words if you don't want to post a photo. It is time for the F2F family get creative for spring!!
Each day of the week is related to a healthy theme:
Motivation Mondays
Transformation Tuesdays
Workout Wednesdays
Thirsty Thursday
Food for Though Friday
We have weekend off (and you can start taking photos for the next week)!

Hi all!
I have removed a few people based on 2 NWI in a row and no posting for the past 2 weeks. If any of them reappear, just let me know and we'll re-instate, but we will also need a fresh starting weight from them.
Now that this has happened, we need a few more members for March! Please post the link to the regstration thread on a couple of message boards if you can - thanks!

This was about Emmajhare's 3rd place loss for last week. She was on the same team as the #1, so it wasn't highlighted when I went back through for the 3 top places overall. It is rare there are 2 on the same team, but I'll look out for that from now on!1 -
A reminder to all captains - you already know this, but please be on time with weigh-in updates by the end of the day Saturday! Last week was among the worst for non-reported weigh-ins. I am always diligent in searching out every blank cell, so I will find them if they are there, but it is quite time-consuming to have to search for so many. Many of the blank cells in the spreadsheet were for weights that HAD been reported on the team threads, but not yet posted in the spreadsheet.
If there is a NWI, then simply leave it blank. That is fine. If you are really busy and just can't post all your team's weigh-ins, give me a heads up so I can help you and catch up during the day Saturday instead of having a large number of searches to execute on Sunday morning.
Thanks! Usually, this is not a problem, but last week was pretty bad. As I said, I'm happy to help out if you know during the week you aren't able to keep up. Just give me some notice - thanks!
It is also helpful to remind your team to post their weigh-ins at the TOP of the message, with NO extra information (like the past 6 weeks of weigh-ins or something), and preferably as a separate message. They are so easy to find that way.0 -

@jugar Please move me from the cheer section back to the main section. I'm starting over with my head hung low. Without the accountability, I'm not staying on track. Starting weight is 337.6 (it even hurts to type that number). My weigh day will be Wednesdays so day after tomorrow I'll post my first weigh in. Thanks for letting me take this break. BACK TO WORK!

DO NOT PANIC! I have started putting in NWIs on the spreadsheet. I would like to try this for a couple of weeks where I do the searches on any blanks two days after their weigh-in day, instead of waiting until Sundays when I'm doing tallies. This gives captains a chance to get in touch with people - find out if they are leaving, etc. Anyone who has not posted at all for the month is pretty obvious, but some people might be ill or struggling and this is a good heads up to send them a message and find out what's going on.
Obviously, if someone weighs in late, just let me know and I'll delete the NWI and all will be well. If someone wants to move to cheer squad, ditto.
If you want a super easy way to search your entire thread here it is:- click the little magnifying glass at the bottom or top of the page (next to the page numbers)
- click the Go button
- click the grey down arrow in the search window (do NOT type directly in that window yet)
- in the "Author" field, put in the person's user name.
- Hit Enter and all their posts in your thread will appear.
- If you want to limit it to the current month, you can put that in the "Date within" field
- If you want to see what other posts OUTSIDE of your team they have done, uncheck the "Discussion" box and it will list every post the person has put anywhere.

@jugar dabblers18 weighed in late so the NWI can be removed. I have messages out to all my people that are late so hopefully we will get the others to weigh in.1

Something new in your spreadsheets!
You may notice that there is a new section on the spreadsheets - "Weeks in the Green".
This section will automatically track how many weeks a team member is "in the green" or loses weight - any amount. We are going to give this a try to help recognize the people who might be losing small amounts and never hit the winners list. They might lose small amounts, but they do it week after week - or at least more weeks than not.
Have a look - every week with a loss gets 1 point. At the end of March, we'll publish a list of those with a 3 or a 4 points along with all the other winners. Let's start to recognize the slow but steady people! I hope this will encourage fewer instances of someone losing a huge amount one week, and then bouncing back over the next week or two and becoming discouraged.
