Where do I start

Hello, everyone. My name is Crystal. I was referred to the AIP for fertility and hormone regulation. I'm also pretty unstable in my weight. I have done keto for two years, but I have noticed some foods that were permitted on Keto are causing issues, and I'm back to square one. I stopped Keto a year ago, and I'm pretty much going to be detoxing all over again.

Where do I start? I looked on The Paleo Mom blog. I have a general idea of what not to eat and what to eat. I am meeting with a friend to help me come up with some meal prep ideas, and I"m going to grocery shop online so I am not overwelmed in the store.

Are there any calories or ratios in AIP? How often do I eat? How many meals a day? Is snacking okay? I have a general idea of the do's and don'ts with types of food, but there are so many unknowns that I still have. I'm officially grocery shopping on Thursday night, and plan to pick up the foods Friday morning to meal prep.
