I'm not sure if I will commit to doing this daily, but I will commit to doing it today:

Today's plan:

Keep internet time down to 30 minutes (the time I waste internet surfing could be spent doing meal prep, which is why I note this).

Eat at planned times

Work out one hour

Go to bed at 10:30 p.m.

Be cheerful (I think I won't track the new today...)
