it did and it's my fault, I got distracted and did not follow up, did not inspire, did not get it done. thats the bad news, the good news, I'm back. I will be posting real time training and eating tips as I work my way back from an aortic dissection. I went from 207 to 270, and yes, a change is going to come.0

Day one Showing up
Get drastic slowly. today calisthenic and one mile of walking (one week) 7days a week
1.Stretch
2. arm circle forward then rear 2min
3. rapid punches two hands (hands under your chin punch out and pull back as fast as you can 2 min
4. Alternate toe touches 25
5. squats 3x10
6. pushups 3 sets to failure regular then from the knees if you need to
7. leg lifts three sets to failure
8. bridges 3 sets to failure10 (make sure your glutes are activated
9. butterfly's 2mintes hold your feet and pull your torso toward your feet
10. sit with legs spread touch right arm to left leg then left to right
11. lay with knees bent rotate toros till knee touch the ground, do this on both sides
13 now walk as fast as you can for a mile
