Training ideas?

What are your plans for staying fit under social distancing? I've been working hard on my swimming since October but every pool in the city is now closed. Hopefully I'll be able to do some open water swimming in a month or so when southern lake temps are bearable with a wet suit. For now, it's running and at-home strength training. Be well.

    Same swim challenge here. While my April race has been cancelled, I'm going to have to double down on OWS work before a June 70.3 race. Won't be able to swim outside for another 6 weeks in Connecticut, so for now, I'm just doing some swimcord work at home. No other major changes, since running, cycling, strength work and yoga can be done at home.
    I do miss my weekly yoga practice at the studio. Namaste.
