YES to the 3rd power
I enjoyed a virtual tour of London jogging in place so much I didn't notice the time. Good compromise with covid closures and spring break travels. If it helps me to exercise longer, it's worth it!7 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 2 mile treadmill run + 44 minutes strength in the morning, and then a 30 minute walk after dinner.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!8 -
Yes x3. Lower body strength and a few walks with the kids. We follow a walking path near our house (in the middle of the city) regularly and came across a couple beaver friends. Oh Canada!

I've noticed that too - when you have something engaging to occupy the "front of your brain" as your body does something that doesn't need a lot of attention (like walking or jogging while watching something you enjoy) you don't have a sense of time passing (same as if you were just sitting and watching a favourite show)4 -
Yes x3
Did a 55 min walk today.5 -
@HASWLRS my kids had never seen a beaver before so they were excited that it didn’t seem to mind us sneaking in for a closer look. I am in Saskatchewan.5
