Success Stories DDPY?

Hi Everyone. I'm 5'11 and currently 68.6kgs, doing Diamond Cutter (50 mins) workout followed by Below the Belt (12mins) each time I work out. It works out at around 60 mins exercise three times a week, looking to increase to four or five days soon. Not following any diet plans though keeping an eye on my meals and sticking to breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack.

I have been doing this for the past two weeks now and not seeing the scales dropping weight really. I know it's early days but was expecting slight movement as I've done DDPY in the past and have lost some weight.

Has anyone got any success stories they are willing to share? Do you find your measurements change before the scale did?

    Hi, Sorry I'm about a few weeks late to seeing this question i hope your still hitting the mat? Yes, your measurements will change before the scale never rely just on weight, check out your flexibility and core strength improvements too!
