    They have now closed the beaches my calming place and place where I would do an early morning walk. Need to adjust my exercise and routine again. Weight is creeping up.

    WooHoo!! 1 day in a row! 3.8 mile hike with no knee pain! I'll see how it feels in the morning.

    Good morning I noticed this morning two of my posts from yesterday never posted. One was my daily check in which I will do with today’s and the other was how my husband has already stopped walking with me. Didn’t take very long for him this time. I’m not sure why I’m surprised. It’s not the first time he’s done this to me. Just really disappointing. Although, like I said I shouldn’t be. This is not the first time.

    I am using an app recommended called 7M Workout by Johnson and Johnson alternating between my Cardio Kickboxing DVD and gym. Today I did a 21 minute work out with the 7M app.
