Hi all. I got on the scale today and sure enough the comfort food has taken a toll. I'm trying to purge today and stop eating out of boredom. I'm terrified the jeans on my closet hook have been shrinking because of lack of use. My sweats keeps saying "don't worry about it, you're a rail!". Sweat pants are lying liars that lie.

Midweek slump came Thursday this week. ☹Still, I am pleased I've made my target every other day this week, and there is always the weekend to make up missed steps! 🌞

Fun birthday last night at home for my daughter. Lots of yummy homemade snacks, cake and 3 local brewery delivered beers.

Hope everyone is safe and healthy.

I got a great workout in yesterday, did a 1 mile run, 12 minutes on the stair stepper, and an hour of of legs, back and abs. I am quite soar today, in my bottom and my abs, but my back on the other hand, sleeping has been aweful for my back, I still sleep like I did when I was little, all crunched up and clenched, apparently thats not so good when you get older. I started sleeping with a pillow back and forth between my knees and my arms. I bought a body pillow hoping that would help, but its too big I think, so its almost worse it seems, and today I woke up and between sleeping and working out for the first time in weeks, I could hardly move, my back muscles hurt so bad. I took a tylonol at 430 this morning, then slept a little longer. I can move now, but still super sore. I thing Ill be able to do some kind of workout later with some more tylonol, but will have to take it easier then planned.
