High fiber carbs and ketosis

I had Carbquick pancakes (16g carbs/ 14g fiber/ net 2g carbs) with sugar free syrup with a sprinkling of blueberries and 2 sausage links for brunch today. Four hours later I am in nice strong ketosis. I was kind of suprised, because I figured the subtraction the carbs from the fiber would come at a later date. You'd think ketones from 16g would still be in the system, since the body wouldn't know about the fiber count just yet. That said, that was all I had to eat today, so my total carb count so far would still be low enough for Ketosis. But it still leaves me wondering, hypothetically, if you ate more high fiber carbs from, say, Impastable, 647 bread, Carbquick, or a low carb wrap in the same day would it mess with ketosis? Btw... the pancakes were great, these low carb substitutes are really amazing if you ask me, and I've been doing Atkins (on and off) since 1990.

the fiber isn't digested, so it never arrives in your bloodstream, it just passes on through your digestive system4

It is a fact there are fiber that we can not digest as humans but the trillions of non human microbes that live in our digestive tract needs fiber to eat so the 80% of our immune that they can provide does occur.0
