healthy high protein vanilla french toast

This mornings vanilla creme protein french toast recipe. Post 17 mile ride fuel up!

5 slices slow fermentation sourdough bread (thick sliced)
3 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla protein blend
1/4 cup fairlife lowfat milk
cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract to taste

blend all but the bread in a ninja blender for 20 seconds.

dunk each slice bread in mixture to coat, toss all slices on high heat griddle 3 minutes per side.

plate and eat up with toppings of choice.
