My weight week starts on Saturday, so I am almost half way through. I have had some ups and downs; however, still striving for the up!
Had some good motivating words from mervswervs in this group, thank you!
today is a good day energy wise, and that makes me very happy!
A mini get to know me:
51, need to lose about 70 pounds now, used to be 80! I suffer from CFS, chronic migraines and fibro. I have been unable to work for about three years due to my conditions, too much pain!
I would like to add more friends for motivation and support. so please send me a friend request!

This week is actually going well. Of course, the 2 weeks before were not good. I'm working thru some medical issues at the moment, but hoping it won't be anything long-term. I feel for you with what you're dealing with. I have friends with fibro and migraines, and it's so hard for them to get thru the day sometimes, let alone attempt exercise. My one friend walks a lot, she says it helps with her fibromyalgia.
I have been taking my vitamins regularly for about a week in a half, and that seems to help with cravings for me. Also taking my supplements for hot flashes and nite sweats. When those are at a low roar, I also do better with eating properly.

sorry I just noticed this thread, My week has been busy but good. It has been really warm lately in Escondido, Ca, and I am training for my 1st 5 K this Sat.0
