Scared I cant do the couch to 5k

Everyone has already offered such great advise on here. I would only suggest that when you get to the point where you want to quit, is think about how far you have come. Don't give up in week one and say its to hard. It really is a conditioning program and you have to allow it to condition you for the next run. You can do this, I strongly agree that the program can be intimidating and challenging. But it is do able. And don't worry if at the end of the program you are not yet at the 5k distance (I wasn't) that will just give you something to push for later!
