Had anyone developed any type of workout routine they’ve been doing from home? I am used to 5 days a week in the gym so this quarantine is really throwing me off. I have never worked out from home beside push ups and sit ups. Does anyone have any exercises they’ve been doing to stay active?

I do a workout in the basement or when it’s a nice day outside I usually go for a 15-20 mile bike ride0
