On plan x 3 today.
30 minutes of cardio and resistance.
1 pass left.
Have a great day tomorrow!

28th May
Exercise: Yes, 30 minutes walking @Hulya_79 30 dakika yusurun - cannon do the accents on this keyboard, but I love the Turkish reports every morning on your activities!
Calories: Yes, stayed under. I even managed minimal carbohydrate intake, thanks to bacon and eggs for breakfast, avocado salad for lunch and minced beef and spinach for dinner. I am not hugely happy with the regime; I need more fruit and vegetables as well as the odd slice of nice bread or a potato or some rice sometimes, but it moved the scales for a bit. They're stuck again now, so I will go back to what worked before, basically eating healthy stuff I like in modest portions and I will cope with my frustration that it is going so slowly. @alligatorob You are an inspiration.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
I sent the photo of me and the bike, my new profile picture, to my Mum in the Netherlands (97). She commented spontaneously. I haven't seen her since early February and she told me how great I look, "especially for my age" ! I will be 69 in July. Nothing like your Mum to boost your confidence with a back-handed compliment!
Thank you all for your continuing support. This is a great group. @craigo3154 So glad you are back with us, I missed your posts.11 -
Yesx 3. Just got back from a three hour walk. Amazing. The fact that I choose to go on that three hour walk to burn off dinner is of no consequence! I ordered Thaifood from a local food group that has a good collection of people that cook a lot of authentic Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican and Filipino foods. So good. This is the first meal I have ordered in almost four months. I have brought tuna at the local grocery store a few times that is shashimi, but since it isn’t cooked I don’t count that! Hope you all have a great day.9

Exercised: Yes (5km in 37 mins - hills)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: No
Thank you for all the messages yesterday. Was really well appreciated.
Busy day today. 4:00am start with puppy, sleep till 8:00, puppy walk, then work, then psychologist appointment, my walk and then dinner with friends (who is also a dog trainer), finally doing some prep work for a drone racing competition.Austin does not sleep through and the early morning is to ensure no "accidents". He and I then get to sleep till about 8am, when he gets a walk, then breakfast. Then it's shared duties to keep him out of trouble for the rest of the day.
Drone racing is starting back up slowly as social restrictions here are slowly being eased. Life will never go back to full normal, but at least groups of up to 20 can attend outdoor events as long as social distancing can be maintained (drone racing is VERY non-contact ).
Problem is none of my gear is working at present. So it's a mad scramble to try and get something that will fly. Currently not sure I will even get something that will fly by tomorrow afternoon.
Still suffering depression and working though those issues. However working through a crisis seems to be something I do well, so I'll work on the premise that my stress response is helpful instead of harmful.

To ensure I stay on track for Winners circle, I made sure to do some rehab for my shoulder after work. I have a year free on this awesome yoga site that has various rehab etc as well so I did a couple of videos there.
Busy day at work, especially since the largest python, who thankfully is friendly discovered that I hadn't locked his for properly and went exploring. The room is nice and warm so he didn't go far.
Grabbed a couple of treats when we stopped at the shops but it fitted within my budget so all good.
Only working 2 of the next 10 days! Looking forward to some different things to do!9 -
28 May: yes to all. On my feet for hours (15k+ steps), logged all and well under goal.
29 May: almost 1.5 hours of walking the facility and lifting cylinders. Logged everything and came in under goal.I believe I was exposed this morning two ways; one was handling 2 covid dirty O2 tanks in a clean supply room. (They weren’t supposed to be there) While wiping them down with industrial strength wipes, my pants brushed against one of the uncleaned tanks.
Then, while trying to get off the unit, there was a positive patient on a bed blocking 2/3 of the elevators. His medical team all had N95’s and PPE on, and all I had was my paper mask. I brushed against the bedding getting onto the elevator. 🤦🏼♀️ plus, patient facing requires an N95 and eye protection.
Ran to the laundry to get a fresh set of scrubs and bagged the ones I was wearing, disinfected everything and prayed really hard. That anti area is very small and that bed took up much of the space.
I will be monitoring symptoms for the next two weeks and definitely won’t be visiting my mom for a while longer.
Also, I plan on being in the Winner’s Circle. I have 2 passes remaining and no plan to use them.10 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 20 minutes strength training.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everythingI ate and drank? Yes8 -
Yes to 36

Exercise? Yes, two half hour walks, (the first one brisk, the second one not), and about 20 minutes of body weight/light weights exercises.
Logged? Yes. Under? Yes, but not by much.
I am out of the Winner's Circle, but I still woke up this morning wondering if I was going to get my walk in without getting rained on. I never once thought about not doing it, even though it doesn't matter now for the WC. In the past, I would have completely sabotaged the remainder of the month, planning then on "starting again" on the 1st.6 -

@Bill70sStrong - I hope you’re doing okay. My motto at times like those are “fake it til you make it.” So force yourself for now and you will eventually get back into the groove.

Tracking: Yes
Calories: under
Exercise: Yes, cycling - 60 minutes
Pass days to date - 45 -
exercise - yes
tracking - yes
budget- - yesWent out for a climb today with the ambition of getting something epic like 4,000.
That didn't pan out but I got enough climb to satisfy Strava's criteria for the May climbing challenge... (7500 m or roughly 25,000 feet.)
I actually got a couple thousand more than that.
Not likely to climb again this month.
Today's climb was on blacktop. Not real keen on that. Cars go by me and I worry about safety.
I started out, the bottom was at like 7,000. I usually start lower than that. So it is kind of like choking up a little bit. Choking up, you know, holding a baseball bat context.
I made it up to 10,400 but listen to your body they say. My heart was telling my that he didn't feel like going any more. Not like chest pain or anything. Just more like exhaustion.
Wish I'd have wore my heart monitor. That was my first attempt at operating at that sort of altitude since last summer. Heart runs different up there. Thought I had some acclimation but I guess not.
I got within one hairpin or switchback of the top.
Fitness app said that was 2300 exercise calories.
I figure more realistically 14 or 15 hundred. I didn't eat all of them.9 -

I'm back home on the farm and since I'm in the high risk category x 2, almost 70 and an asthmatic, I'll almost always be home on the farm.
Exercise: 2 hours working in the barn and doing non-mounted groudwork with a beautiful brown horse named Coco
Tracking; good
Calories: well under my limit.6 -
It seems to be getting harder to get workday NEAT credits - so I had had to do a full hour of the exergame before supper - and even more after while listening to an audiobook after supper in order to break even! But I did enough to wind up with 13 calories in the green.

exercised - check, logged every bite - check, stayed under calorie...yes and no... too many carbs, not enough protein...
Doing a socially distant walk-a-thon for our church's food pantry tomorrow...and have zumba before that...so should be a good day of activity.4 -
Juliemouse - So sorry for your possible exposure. I will be praying for you. Your insight cements my position on being diligent with mask and wearing glasses in higher traffic areas... Unfortunately - my inlaws were at a funeral yesterday and they came over today. We all wore masks...but you know... it's possible that they were exposed. Hoping we both find that we are just fine after a couple of weeks.juliemouse83 wrote: »28 May: yes to all. On my feet for hours (15k+ steps), logged all and well under goal.
