Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

This weekend is our 'remembrance day' or "Armistice Day". In the USA, it's called Memorial Day which is a day dedicated to the memory of our wartime veterans.
It is also our cultural and seasonal launch of summer time. This year is unique in that gatherings in memory of veterans are either cancelled or strongly discouraged.
Tomorrow is the official holiday.

I had given up on today as plans did not go well so no run and then we had take out, but when I came to log my pass day, I logged my food as curiosity and it was under my goal so I did 20 minutes of yoga to meet the exercise goal and stay in the winners circle.
We drop to stage 3 lockdown on 1 June so will be allowed to exercise at any time and swim in the ocean! Very excited about that!!!9 -

Canada's cultural / seasonal launch of summer-time was last weekend. Like you - large gatherings and the usual fireworks displays were discouraged.
I am wondering what July 1 (for Canada Day ) and July 4 ( for USA Independence Day) is gonna look like ...
Our Canadian 'remembrance day' honoring both wartime veterans peacekeeper veterans is November 11 (end of WW1)7 -

I got plenty of exercise. I tracked everything and even though my calorie budget is set higher than before, I am losing fat. I'll take it.
Have a great day tomorrow when we remember those who served and to continue to serve to fight for our freedom.7 -
24th May
Exercise: Yes, a two-hour bike ride towards the beach, didn't quite make it as my knee started to give me grief; still an amazing achievement for me! Had to walk part of the way back to give my knee a breather, so add 30 minutes walking as well!
Calories: Yes, stayed under
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.

exercise - yes
tracking - yes
budget- - yesYet another month that is kind of flying by.
I am doing the same exercise mostly every other day.
Every day is kind of too much for my knee.
I got old and slowed down somewhat but I didn't stop.
Exercise "on" day I get up early and go to my road before anyone else is up.
No one but us early birds.
Today I wore heart monitor.
Haven't done that in a long time.
Got my heart up to 90% of its theoretical maximum.
Took over an hour ramping up to that.
That is more or less comfortable.
Wearing the heart monitor causes the algorithms inside of the exercise apps (Garmin and Strava) to give me a lower value for exercise calories.
It kind of lowers it by half.
So normally I get credit for 1600 exercise calories on my hill climb without the heart monitor.
Only 800 with.
The 800 is likely more reasonable.
I kind of have an inclination to estimate 12 calories per minute for when I am climbing and my heart is running at 120 or so. That kind of like 1000 calories for my standard 2000 foot climb.
Mostly been doing the same climb for this month and last.
Little tracker watch makes it easy to keep a good record of the time.
Today I got within seven minutes of my best time ever for that "course."
This something I been doing for a few years.
I have had that watch and that bike and that Strava account for coming 4 years.
It is fun to have a record of everything I have done exercise wise.
Tracking they call it I guess.
I got to start keeping better track of the condition of my skin.
Going out early is easier on the skin but I still get a lot of sun.
I see outdoor athletes today that are tanned up pretty dang dark.
I wonder if Covid has let Dermytologists back out yet.
