    Was gone a week on vacation. Off grid. Ate to much and not alot of exercise. Was much needed feel refreshed. Monday i go back to work and back to exercise and diet.

    I am so upset with myself. I keep going in the wrong direction. Today is a senior celebration drive by event and I will probably only get out of the car once to take a picture with my High school graduate, but I changed 3 times because I don’t like the way anything in my closet fits me anymore.
    Determined not to let this ruin the day.
