just finished 21 day Metabolism Makeover - any ideas?

I am losing about 1 pound a week and would like to amp it up to 1.5 or 2. I'm using the workout essentials video and the exercise plan that comes with it right now. I haven't been tracking my food very well so far, I've basically been just recording my weight and writing down what I eat in the journal that came with the "weight loss system". I finally have the hang of eating the "food lover's" way and I am thinking of trying to keep my calorie count between 1200 and 1300 per day.

Does anyone foresee any problems I may have with this?

Any other ideas for taking it up a notch?
