    Sorry to be such a poor participant since the lock down, I'm on telework (and feeling blessed to have a job) so my MFP routine is disrupted. I really want to thank Jessica for doing all the work and never complaining. Meanwhile, I'm sporting my Covid 10 weight gain and not happy about it. If I keep goodies out of the house I have teenager mutiny and I'm weak on will power right now. New Mexico is starting to open up this week--my church is having 10% capacity services starting tomorrow with three in a row instead of just the one. Better than the Facebook live feed. It will be surreal I'm sure. Waiting for the barbershops to open, I'm looking like my high school yearbook picture sans boyish looks.

    I've been working on making an elevated garden to start growing more of my own food. I finished my first planter today.

    Bit grumpy about this to be honest. I've been back on calorie restrictions and run nearly 30k this week, with a 20km cycle on top. Was hoping for a decent loss after my diet break last week.

    Oh well, I lost a lot last month so guess it had to plateau at some point. I'll keep on at it and here's hoping for a downward whoosh next week!
