Anybody ever do this? Thinking 5 small "meals" per day around 200 cals each, primarily fat. Any suggestions for "meals"?

FYI: goal is to reduce my insulin level.

Honestly you would probably more successful with a normal sized protein/fat meal eating only once or twice a day for your goal.

Reducing your insulin level is all about reduced carbs (and not way overdoing the protein). You need protein. You need to eat. I'd recommend not doing anything that extreme. Just keep your carbs below 30g total/day, eat moderate protein and eat enough fat to not be hungry. Your BG numbers will go down, as will your need for insulin. In fact, it will go down so fast, you'd better let your doctor know you are doing this, so he/she can keep an eye on you.
