The first workout of my first EM2WL programme is done! I chose the Heavy-Light programme because I have the equipment at home. I feel great! I had to reduce some weights when only my arms were being engaged and replace the ball pull-in with 3 x 20sec planks, and I now have the Jelliest Arms in the World, but I'm happy. Inside I'm warm, energised and content. Outside I'm unpleasantly sweaty and a bit overexcited.
Later, a gentle cycle. Tomorrow, Pull (heavy).
