Vaginal weighted cones and pelvic floor training

Hi Ladies, I’m new to this group so 👋 😀!

I was wondering if there is anyone here who has done pelvic floor training with weighted cones. I’ve had issues with pelvic floor laxity and it’s become very bothersome. It’s getting worse as I get older. I don’t have a prolapse, but I do have stress incontinence and I want it GONE. I noticed it of course many years ago and really didn’t do much about it except the occasional kegel. Well that’s not good enough now....

So I bought a set of weighted cones and I’ve been working at keeping them in place as I move around the house and go through my daily exercise program. I started doing this last summer, and did well for a few months and then my use of the cones tapered off a bit. I’ve been doubling down the last few weeks or so, and got my “middle weight” up to a 1.5 hr hold. I still pee myself if I blow my nose on a full bladder or sneeze on any sized bladder. I think there is some improvement though. I’m determined not to use poise pads for daily use like my mother had to and also my mother in law. I’m going to fix this!!!

Does anyone have any success stories they’d like to share or some other words of wisdom?
