I'm bouncing all over the place. This was a really stressful week for me... I mostly ate well - good choices - but maybe a little too much. And I could also workout a little harder. I will keep at it, and keep trying to minimize the stress.2 -

Down again, and hope it lasts. I think I've been eating more with stress and TOM coming. Now that I'm dialing in the exercise, I could focus a bit more on the eating. I think I need more complex carbs with my meals, so I stay full longer.2 -

That loss happened since last weekend. I've been stressed over a long-overdue breakup... 😢 I've been eating well, 3 meals and a snack a day, but food hasn't been interesting lately. I also no longer spend most of my time working within sight of the kitchen...
I can say I mostly procrastination or boredom eat, and it's been a busy week with several school classes, 2 tests and an assignment, unpacking all my things, going through stuff to donate... So no time to procrastinate or boredom eat.0 -
