Ok so I said my season was over after the last show which was Aug 3-4th. Im bored already and have decided to train for the Dexter Jackson in Memphis TN. I don't know why I enjoy the torture of the diet and workouts but I guess it keeps me on my toes and Routine is key for my happiness ;O) Anyways wondering if any of you are going to be going to that show. It is October 19th


ps. thanks all the posts ive been reading lately has got me in competition fever!! Its only been 2.5 weeks and I miss the stage!!
