What are your goals and milestones for the 2nd half of May?
For me, I am starting at 203.5 and really want to be at 200. It seems reasonable when I write it down but for some reason the closer I get to breaking that 199 barrier the harder it feels. Like maybe it would easier and more satisfying to eat a serving of chips and guacamole that’s the size of my head . . .
BUT, that’s not really what I want, just an old habit. I can do this!

I have had a rough month .. I'm hoping to be able to get back on track.1

It has rained absolutely every day this week - so hard to stay motivated. But I did just put on a rain poncho and go for a hike and couple times and I was rewarded with beautiful nature all to myself and some serious reset and de stress time.

It’s May 31st and I’m at 199!! I couldn’t believe it - got on the scale three times to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating. I have to say that I am pretty proud of myself!1
