One week left in the June, 2020 UAC. It's time to double down on your commitment to qualify for the Winner's Circle.
For me, this is also the night that I go to the MFP Challenge Board and create an invitation for people to join us for the July UAC.
Keep moving forward toward your success!

It doesn’t always feel like I’m moving forward, but I’m still showing up each day and checking in. I’ve logged everything, it’s within my calories, and I managed some exercise (an hour’s walk). It’s good to see the days stacking up.10

My watch claims I burned 800 calories in active zone today. I didn't wear it for the 30 minute hard training session I did, so it's definitely more than that. I'm definitely under budget!
Morning run, evening rolling session followed by yoga. Did the ab section of the workout with my housemate although she had to assist me on the sit-ups for the last 2 rounds. Lasted 1:23 on max plank which was longer than I expected.
Pretty good food choices and shopped well too.
Two days in a row of two tough training sessions in the day, I'm feeling tired but grateful that I can do this again. I will get back to the point where multiple training sessions per day is normal!10 -

@fairy_daisy i know exactly what you mean...I feel like I’m plodding along - but consistently and in the right direction, and gradually it’s all making a difference. This group makes a huge difference to me.10 -
Yes x 3! 45 minute HIIT and 31 minute walk7

Yes, yes, yes. 30 mins Pilates at noon and 30 mins of stretching class. Didn’t get a chance to get out today with work being busy. But I’m glad to be prioritizing workouts during the day else they’ll never happen.8

yes, no exercise, yes
On vacation, no exercise opportunity available today.8 -
Working from home is good for me! Not having to commute adds an extra hour or more to my day. I dress in yoga pants and T shirts, so it's easy to fit in exercise, such as 92 minutes of walking, 40 minutes of yoga, and 15 minutes of leg weights. I was also able to track everything and stay within my calorie allowance.11

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 30 minutes on the stationary bike as well as a decent after-supper walk (cut a bit shorter than planned my the start of the rain)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Easily - 30 minutes biking gave me 272 exercise calories - even with my planned (then slightly augmented) evening snack I will be leaving ~ 200 exercise calories "in the pot"
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
Days goals met: 20
Pass days used: 3 (2 unintentional; 1 pre-planned)

Better day today. Sticking with it even though I'm at 4 passes.
25 min workout and 75 min walk. Heel feeling okay. Meant to bike but when we went down to retrieve the bikes, my husband's had a flat so we took it back up to fix it this week.
Under on calories. Was doing an intentional no wine day which turned out to be good timing as a neighbor dropped off a lemon pudding cake outside our door

I did not stay in my calorie budget on Sunday so I am over my passes for the month, but I have still made great progress this month thanks to this group. 😊
