Rest day! Jiu Jitsu zoom class and yoga covered exercise for the day and a nacho special proved tempting so I ate minimal for the rest of the day to make space for it. Within budget though so no pass day needed.7

I realize that I have been slacking in the department of posting daily. Need to do better...6 -
20th June
Exercise: Yes, walked for 40 minutes. Some of that was to finally pick up my new bike lock. Next: get back brake mended and gears looked at - changing gears is very stiff. I tried to go for a longer walk, but it was just too hot.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. I'm trying to empty out my fridge, so it'll be easier to clean it on Monday, so I'm having to be somewhat creative in my menu composition.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Yes! Beautiful hike in the mountains, and a further 1.5 hour walk in the evening.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Probably not - hence the pass day. I tried to make good choices and be mindful when choosing from the menu, but it's impossible to know how much oil and extras they add in restaurant.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I tried to track as much as I could, I took photos of everything in the restaurant and tried to match all the ingredients.
Trying not to feel so guilty about having over eaten today. We got home and I broke into tears. Need to focus on how enjoyable the mountains were and the social side of having a meal on a restaurant with my father-in-law-to-be.
But tomorrow is a new day. Back to preparing everything myself!

After my unexpected pass day yesterday I managed three yeses today....exercise was 45 minutes of yoga (power yoga today 💪) and lots of walking.8

June 20 and still only two pass days used? Excellent! One still available and even then the fourth-before-the-30 (if it should happen, and it may well not!) only means that the last few days of the month is "training camp" for July.
(you are doing better than @RangerRickL this month, who has already reached #4 ... no one gets it absolutely every single month .... and your description sounds like the kind of "at least staty as controlled as circumstances allowed" event that Pass Days are DESIGNED to make allowances for!
You did very well. You ARE doing very well. (better than I did early in the month with back-to-back days of The Raisin Bread Incident) I have only one pass day left as well ...

Yes, yes, yes. 2 hours of outdoor time with my toddler. Got my 10 k steps in today for the 1st tome since I started counting. Thanks to this group for the accountability and support! Grateful!6

Yes, but too far under, I need to eat more, maybe I did some walking but did not keep track of how much, maybe I tracked my food but not exercise.
I flew to Florida today, first day of my vacation, not a terrible start. I do not expect to stay on track this week, just doing my best.6 -
Exercise: 45 minutes of horseback exercise. Right, the horse carried me but it's still a lot of exercise. 75 minutes of additional farm activity.

@ajdvegan don't worry, these days happen, and you chose to spend an enjoyable meal with your father-in-law to be. I read somewhere (and they said it better than I can) that it's not the little moments where we fall short, but the overall journey that counts the most.
Persistence wins over perfection every time (we'll never be perfect, but every day is a fresh start).
