Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep! 80 minutes of walking.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, Pass Day #3 for me.
You know those days when you’re just craving something? That was me yesterday, and I decided to go for it by measuring out my ice cream so that I ate the appropriate portion size. I don’t feel bad at all about my decision because I know that there are other days to eat well.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
Out of pass days for the month, but that’s okay! I’ve lost about 3lbs so far and almost 4 inches this month so far so I’ll take it! These small steps are leading to more progress I’ve had so far this year.

that kind of controled, mindful (semi)-planned use of a Pass day is the embedded true goal here. its how we learn to make a habit of adapting on the fly to circumstance within acceptable limits when Life Just Plain Happens to Happen.4 -

Today is my 21st anniversary being a breast cancer survivor. Grateful it was caught early and that the tumor was small--1.2 cm. Lumpectomy, low-dose chemo for 6 months, 6.5 weeks radiation, 5 years on Tamoxifen. I was 39 years old when diagnosed and my two sons were 8 and 5 years old at the time. Definitely has given me motivation to do my best to eat right, move more, be at a healthy weight in order to help avoid a recurrence.
Babs - 5'3", 136.6, 60 years old, Runner Girl since I was 47.8 -
Pass day 3/3
Went over my calorie budget but enjoyed a great (and much needed) wine night with my roommate after a stressful week. Also, I didn’t go too far over so that's a win too considering how I used to approach girls’ nights!5 -

Congrats! One of my close friends has beaten that twice now and walking with her through the last fight and seeing what chemo did to her, makes me celebrate anyone who faces that. It also motivated her to get stay healthy and all of us as well!4 -
