@RangerRickL Prayers and supportive thoughts to you and family!
Yes *3 for me.
NSV: Tracking everything has been really insightful re assessing my hunger vs. fullness levels.6 -
@RangerRickL I'm glad to hear your family came together to make the right decision for your dad. I hope he - and you - feel better, happier, and freer on this path.
Exercise - Yes! - This was ALMOST a pass day - stuck at work til 10:30 pm, literally zero sleep last night. Somehow at 10:30 I felt like I had a little left in the tank! I knew that once I got home, a workout was not happening, but the hospital has 19 floors, so I stayed another half hour and climbed them - all of them, up and down, twice! Just shy of 1000 stairs in total - despite taking my time, it was QUITE a workout!
Tracked - Yes
Calories - Yes
My NSV is a change in mentality. I can spend another 30 min awake to get a workout in. The first sign of hunger isn't an emergency. My happiness is not dependent on overeating. I can let loose a little AND stay on track to reach my goals.

@RangerRickL best wishes to you during this time.Got a good climb.
Parked at the bottom of the ski area and climbed on up it.
Got near the top and opposite direction traffic was a bicycle guy on one of them racing kind of bikes.
He was singing. Heh Singing like he had the whole place to himself or otherwise wasn't the kind of guy to be easily embarrassed.
He was singing Led Zeppelin "stairway to heaven."
I guess that is an appropriate song for climbing a mountain.
He was descending though.
So maybe he was singing to me.
Must have Had his earbuds in and cranked.
I used to do that with my earbuds.
I think it made me faster.
Music tempo giving me a pace.
Heh, singing because I think nobody is around.
No more earbuds for me.
My ears got kind of a persistent ringing in them.
But I am thinking about trying my hand at yodeling.
That might be alright but would probably scare off wildlife that I like seeing.
Don't know what to say about NSV.
I found a picture that someone took of me when I was on a cruise some years ago. I don't resemble that guy any more.6 -

NSV - I have been tracking on a MUCH more consistent basis since joining the UAC. Having to track everything has kept the nibbling at bay, which in turn keeps the bingeing at bay!

I’m also maintaining with ease for the first time in my life. I feel this is habit related! My hunch was eating out of as making it more difficult & I’ve now proved that IS the case. The cravings to eat out still appear, but we don’t eat out due to COVID. Hopefully I can still not eat out as COVID disappears.
Wow, a disagree in UAC when all my statements were personal reflections. Not what I expect. What is right for me might not be what you want to do, but we each get to design our own methods. Hopefully, it was just an accidental click.4 -

no way of knowing for sure, but someone told me once (under parallel "surprising disagree" circumstances) that it is relatively easy to accidentally "disagree" when actually scrolling on the phone-app (100% web-based here) I would take it as that .... given the makeup and history of the group5 -
Yeah the disagree button is farthest to the right so is the easiest to accidentally click when scrolling. Which is unfortunate.2

Forgot to add nsv's, arms getting toned, summer wardrobe still fits, feeling healthy2

@MadisonMolly2017, it has to be an accident. I had one in another group last month, attached to my introduction after someone had welcomed me to the group. I initially took it as though someone didn't think my joining the group was a good thing. I thought about how I might respond. Good thing I waited on it, because the disagree disappeared and became a like. The inadvertent culprit noticed their error and fixed it. But it does take you back at first sight, doesn't it!2 -

Yes, was just a snafu. So here's,s the thing. I too have seen diagrees that didnt make sense..not that they would. The disagree is on the right side which is the one I scroll to read posts. I have thought how easy it would be to hit it accidentally. All of my friends here are just that friends no disagrees from me.... I'm just glad to be here😉3 -
@MadisonMolly2017
A thousand apologies🥺😳😥. It was me that disagreed. I went back and changed it to insightful. See post above. Mystery solved. I'm sure that has happened to others. I really enjoy all of your posts. So embarrassing3 -

15th June
Another Pass day I fear. Just about got my 20 minutes exercise in, probably stayed under calories, but got lost in the tracking.
My NSV is that I manage to bounce back from difficult days and that I am still on here!
Also, I am almost enjoying regular exercise nowadays.3
