The most popular exercise listed by UACers is walking. There is a big sub-group of those UACers who love to walk their dogs....some walk their DH or other human loved one.
It's fun isn't it?

Man I miss having a dog. Love them as much as you can while they grace you with their presence. Yesx312

12th June
Early, but I don't think I can eat any more.
It was my partner's birthday, so I took him to our local restaurant. Great food, no Covid-19 risk. I was amazed I kept well under calories budget, as their lunch menu was really light on calories, but delicious.
Exercise: minimal, but got my 20 minutes walking in.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Pleased I didn't have to use Pass Day #2.
Excited to see the Mayor seems to be opening up swimming pool, appointment only and the website doesn't seem to work yet, but even so, progress!
My history with pets is just sad. I have tried and failed abysmally. I will just have to walk on my own...13 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 9km run, 3 hours of dog walking
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, under.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Walking my dog is definitely my favourite activity. He brings me such happiness and makes my walks much more enjoyable than if i went by myself. He is often very slow as he likes to sniff everything, and eat everything he possibly can! But it's good sometimes. It makes me slow down, and focus more on the moment and less on just the need to burn calories.

Haha, walking is definitely a favourite activity of mine, but it's just me, no dog. Today I cycled though! And logged everything, under goal, so three yesses.9

@ajdvegan your dog is beautiful!
I’ve also done a lot of walking lately with my dog....I was always a runner but injuries are a problem so walking it is.
Three yeses for me today - 45 minutes of Pilates and a couple of good walks.10 -
Love my cat, but I just can't get her to walk with me; so I did my 80 minute walk alone. I met a fox, a turtle, and several dogs along the way. I stayed within my calorie budget, and I logged everything.10

2nd Pass Day
1️⃣ Pass Day left9 -
Yes, yes, yes. Took a lot of effort to not Friday-night binge 😂; for exercise I went for a walk with my kid in the stroller for over 30 mins. Walking and being out in the open helps me clear my head. Having the terrible two’s toddler safely strapped in and enjoying the views means I can get my peace for a bit 😀13

Yes, x's 3, and going to go to bed earlier. Posting here as a motivator. Going to head out to walk again soon. Got a fitness watch today. Not sure about the accuracy yet, but giving it a go.
Oh my goodness...such cute dog pics above. This is my current doggo, Buster who just turned 10 yrs old. He LOVES to walk.
I am also a pet sitter...and walking big dogs is very fun to me. However, I could never do the dog walking riding a bicycle...or trail running. I'm just not sure footed enough. Hiking with a dog is so wonderful. If I lived near mountains...I would definitely be out and about.
Changing the plan...not the goal... ONWARD....NEVER STOPPING

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, walked an hour at sunset in the nearby national park (and I wore my neon vest so the cars wouldn't hit me). A low-key rest day for me.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes
Yes, walking is my favorite exercise, mostly with myself in the peace of nature, but also with favorite humans and dogs. Here's a thumbs-up for walking.

@ajdvegan @dsgoingtodoit Love your dogs, too!
Dogs bond so deeply and give us their whole hearts. They make the best walking companions, always there to help us get off the couch.

Big day with grandchildren here today.
Walking with horses and children over 2 hours.
Tracking: good
Calories: well under my limit, despite the s'mores over the campfire.11 -
day 12
exercise yes
tracking yes
budget yesGot some good climb.
My daily climb average is where I like it to be. So that much is on track.
Going up my scrabbly road, I talked to a runner guy.
I drove by him on the road as I went up to where I park.
He ran past when I was getting my bike off of the roof.
I rode a bit harder than usual to see if I could catch up to him.
Caught up to him kind of by the cave.
Talked a little bit.
I asked him where he started from.
He said by the river.
So he had some miles on him by the time I got to him.
He was telling me that he just had his 29th birthday and that it was his goal to run the distance corresponding to his age every year.
I said "man-o-man!"
He was going to run to the top of the mountain so he would have upwards of 5000 of climb in that run.
After we chatted he upped his pace.
I couldn't match it. Didn't see him again.
It occurred to me that he slowed down that I could catch up to him and he could tell someone of his day's running ambition.
Other than that I pretty much had the place to myself.
I like that solitude.
I ain't totally averse to people though.7 -

12 June started with maximum effort and ended the day with minimum effort.
Exercise 20+ minutes?
Stay within calorie budget?
Track food/beverages?
PDs = 2/3 left5 -
Yes 3x, but the exercise barely made it. 20 min of not too vigorous swimming. More a day of rest.6
-
Exercise - Yes - increased reps on my recently-increased weights, felt good.
Tracked - Yes
Calories - Yes - this was a little difficult, definitely felt a lot of cravings; if I wasn't mindful I might have binged all day. This is the second time this month that I've wanted to eat everything in sight - both times the day after eating and drinking poorly. This after-effect will have to be factored into my food/ drink considerations going forward.
Pets are the best! We're trying to convince our cat to be an adventure cat! It's rare that she'll actually walk with us, but she tolerates being carried around in a cat backpack with minimal complaining, so that's mostly how kitty goes for walks/hikes with us.

Pass day for me
My puppy is getting old and has had joint issues since he was little so we limit his exercise to the garden which is pretty large. I get to walk his stunt double sometimes though. My friend has a Labrador too who looks exactly like a young version of my Jack. My cat will occasionally follows us briefly before he goes off on his own far more important business which he tells us about when he gets home. He is Siamese so very vocal.
Too cold for exercise today on my last work day for 2 weeks, so I took a pass day. Food was under and good choices.
Starting a 5km for 5 day challenge on Saturday so the next few days are sorted for exercise.6 -
Yes x 35
-
Yes to all three.
Exercise was 25 minutes of I guess you'd call it aerobics.
I love walking - on an average day I get 10,000 steps in - often between 15,000 and 20,000 if I've been lucky enough to have time for a long walk somewhere.6
