Yesterday, when @lexabeep spoke of how grateful she is to be in Japan, it made me smile. At this moment, the UAC is a very international team of friends.
I live west of Chicago, IL, USA on a farm, but work in a neighboring suburban city. My hometown is Oswego, IL, USA
Here is a link to the general area https://earth.google.com/web/search/Oswego,+IL,+USA/@41.67812545,-88.32819705,201.82154112a,13890.40861802d,35y,0h,0t,0r/data=CnoaUBJKCiUweDg4MGU1MzFjY2Q2ZTdmOWY6MHhlYTRkMmNhZDA1N2NhM2U3GcA7njtm10RAIWD3Z1B-FlbAKg9Pc3dlZ28sIElMLCBVU0EYAiABIiYKJAlJRXUIkJk2QBFIRXUIkJk2wBlgBfr3ZVJJwCH2Y9yzbnZjwA

Yes to all three - exercise was a 3 hour walk at an arboretum with the toddler - on my shoulders for about an hour.
I live in Bristol in the UK.8 -
I live on the south eastern corner of Africa, in a city called Port Elizabeth, known in South Africa as the Friendly City!
Today was a bit crazy. My colleague had to leave early to go with her housemate to put his dog down. I know this is tough for everyone, but being an animal keeper definitely doesn't make it easier and she had a rough day. I had extra work to do to cover for her so it was a long day, but I did get a swim with the puppies in before the cold front hits us tomorrow. Even though I was tired Jiu Jitsu always makes me happy and our yoga session was a simply stretch and hold option which was good, so my exercise goal was met, even if it was a light intensity today. Food options were good as I resisted the temptation to stop for KFC on the way home. All logged and under calories.
Heard that my favourite coffee shop is closing (but they will roast beans at home!) and the crossfit gym we subrent from for our jiu jitsu is also closing. We can find a new space for jiu jitsu after lockdown, but it is sad to see this happening.
Playing around with my settings on MFP because I noticed my Garmin gives me way more active calories than MFP does. (I tend to work with an ideal calorie amount that suited me in maintenance, regardless of how much exercise I do, so the numbers don't really matter.)9 -
Another yes to all three. I'm in Scotland9

Thanks for asking the question @RangerRickL - I’d love to see where everyone is from. I’m in Kent in South East England.
Three yeses from me today. 35 mins of yoga and lots and lots of walking. My chiropractor appointment this afternoon has tired me out though, I’m hoping to be back up and running with lots of energy tomorrow.7 -

Yes to all 3 again!
I live in upstate New York in the Adirondack Mts. I am about 45 minutes from the Canadian border8 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep! 38 minutes of HIIT cardio (sorry downstairs neighbors)! 82 minutes of walking. Our pup was at daycare for the first time in three months and we still did our afternoon loop without him. It feels weird not getting 10k steps in a day now, so I feel like working from home has really helped me establish a better routine.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I did, with exercise calories left over too.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I did, yep!
I live in Rhode Island in the USA now, and I’ve lived all over New England. Rhode Island is such a beautiful state with its beaches and small businesses. We love every opportunity we have to support the artists, crafters, and farmers. I love living in New England because it’s so easy to visit another state and there’s always so much to see and do.9 -
Okay, sorry. I did not mean to sound like an alarmist. Whatever formed, it only lasted for a second. It's not like tornadoes are frequent or even severe around here. The warning siren coming from the phone just made it sound worse than it was!!7

Yes for all 3.8

Pass #1
Despite a morning 85 minute walk and ending the day with 14k steps, I ate a bit too much so was about 100 cal over. However I'm very close to maintenance so I'm still on the right track in general!
I love in DC about a 20-25 min bike ride from downtown.8 -
Thanks to everyone who is sharing their location. It's fun to know where in the world each of you live.
Today, was a easy day since yesterday was a very big day of exercise. I did only 20+ minutes of stretching. I'm a bit sore from yesterday's activities.
Tracking: good
Calories: under my limit be a small margin. Two grandkids are here and Rose fixes food that they like and I like.
