Another good day. Went to a 60-minute Yoga class and walked for 30 - 40 minutes. Had coffee with a friend on the Esplanade, centre of Montpellier, where I live, southern France.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Had some very nice food.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
I love the way we all live in different time zones! I tend to wake up early, read your posts, post my own and when I am done @RangerRickL is usually signing off on the previous day, but people in my time zone are slowly getting up too, including South Africa, Turkey and UK, and not long after Japan and Australia are already finishing today. While I am asleep lots of USA and Canada are posting about their day. Makes me feel connected!9 -

So I'm out of the winners circle for sure due to an injury to my knee on Saturday, but it's getting better quickly and I've only got a small limp now.
Sunday june 7 - pass
Monday june 8 - yes x3, walked to the park with my kids (limped so I'm not confident on my 'exercise' but it was active nonetheless).
Tues june 9 - yes x3, walked on my break at work.
Weds june 10 - pass, no exercise.
This puts me at 3 pass days used for the month.
