Barely made it under (but currently walking in circles around the apt while I type this to add some more steps)
Went to my in-laws for a homemade lomo saltado lunch with alfajores (cookies) so just did a very light dinner and no wine.
For exercise did an hour walk and my Fitbit also auto-logged an 18 minute "aerobic workout" which was actually me running around the yard playing with my four year cousin 😂6 -

So I guess I lost a day somehow. I just posted yesterday for today but I thought it was the 6th. It was a long post to catch up. I'll try to do better. Guessing it's because all days are almost the same. Anyhow I'm all yeses for the month.4 -

Didn't eat great though I did track and am on target. Did the bare minimum with a 20 min walk. Still, the accountability of the UAC stopped me from grazing on snacks all day, and is stopping me from munching on cookies right now.4 -
