Since there are lots of new team members, I want you to know who is keeping track of how many Pass Days you take...you are.
We are all adults here.
During the last week of each month, as we get close to the Winner's Circle finish line, I start to ask the UAC team members to post if they believe that they are going to end the month with less than 4 Pass days.
The goal of this group is to develop healthy habits. The majority of team members do not end of the month with less than 4 Pass days. That is not a fail since many team members meet their personal weight loss or maintenance goals despite having more than 3 Pass days.
Good news... Big Brother is not watching you!
Although, RangerRickL does read everyone's posts, whenever you post.
Best wishes, Rick

Yes x3 another great day hiking for my workout/ active time.14
-
Morning run, work day which included swimming with seals and penguins (see my profile for nose kisses with my baby seal), shoulder rehab, jiu jitsu and yoga.
Food choices all good and under budget.
This weekend is my housemates boyfriend's 40th birthday and as we aren't allowed to socialise yet, he is coming to stay for the weekend so there will be take out and ice cream and cake and champagne. There will also be abundant exercise as all of us do jiu jitsu together and will train together as well as me going out running to get some peace and quite! I am sure I will make it, even if I need to dip into my exercise calories abit.14 -
I'm coming late to the party so I've already used my three pass days for the month! But today - yes/yes/yes - so proud of myself on Day One. Now just to repeat tomorrow...19

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, it was an overall great day. I tried the Bring Sally Up squat challenge and "succeeded", only to realize I've been doing squats wrong my whole life... * facepalm* Also, some cardio and a little weighs workout, about 40 minutes, and later a two hour walk.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? - Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? - Yes, even though I had dinner out and it's always so hard to try and log those...14 -

Did TurboFire Fire 30 and Tone 30 classes
Today was a little rough. I just felt off overall and my back was sore from Tuesday’s workout so I had to modify some moves. I got it done though and enjoyed a drink with friends over Zoom so the day is ending on a good note.7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep! 31 minutes of strength training arms, and 78 minutes of walking with the pup in 80+ F weather!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I did, but barely!Today was one of those days when no matter the water I drank or fiber-filled foods I ate did I feel full. I am also almost out of fruit and it was very tempting to snack on less filling foods like pretzels, chips, etc. I am going to have to pick up more fruit if I am going to make it through tomorrow!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I did! Though my MFP was not syncing for most of the day.
Cheers to day 4!

Did another 6:30 am 80 minute walk. Yesterday I wasn't feeling hungry but today I was craving chips. Not sure if it was b/c it was the last day of online learning with my students, but I snacked a lot (though I logged it). Regardless, I still ended up comfortably under due to having 13k steps. So no pass days yet!6 -
@fairy_daisy Just start from today. This team is about building healthy habits. Don't sweat the start. I'm glad you joined us.

@wishfuljune maybe you need more protein. Fruit cannot make you feel full.
